Vrajesh Shah, CPA
Vrajesh holds a master's degree in Accounting and Auditing and brings over 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, and financial reporting.
He's worked with large businesses, mid-sized companies, and individuals with complex tax situations — across multiple industries. That mix of experience matters more than it sounds. It means that when something unusual lands on the desk — a late international filing, a multi-entity structure that wasn't set up properly, a tax notice from a state nobody expected — it's usually been seen before, in some form.
As a Certified Tax Coach, Vrajesh takes a year-round, planning-first approach. Most accountants react to taxes. He looks at them ahead of time, identifies where the rules can legally work in your favour, and structures things accordingly.
And on the Indo-US side he handles FBAR, foreign income reporting, NRI / OCI advisory, India PAN, and repatriation planning.
