Vrajesh Shah
Certified Public Accountant
Vrajesh Shah is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a Tax Consultant, Accounting Advisor and Notary Public in the State of New Jersey. He holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing. He has over 25 years’ of experience in tax and financial reporting. He is a tax and accounting expert. His extensive experience affords him the ability of providing the value-added services to the clients in various fields.
He has been a consultant for tax planning and financial reporting for many large and medium sized businesses. He provides his expert research, thoughtful analysis, and diverse knowledge to his clients to help them minimize and resolve their most complex tax and accounting issues.
Vrajesh assists clients with entity formation, business structure analysis, bookkeeping, tax planning and tax return preparation.
With the kind of experience and expertise that Vrajesh has, he has truly been able to contribute towards catering and streamlining the accounting and taxation needs for his clients in a major way and has been able to help them save a lot of taxes, legitimately.
